  • A 2-hour initial consultation to assess nutrition, training, recovery, and health history

  • A personalised plan aligned with your sport, phase of training, and lifestyle

  • Monthly 1:1 sessions to evolve your protocol with your progress

  • Weekly accountability check-ins (via email or messaging)

  • Advice on whole-food fuelling, supplementation, sleep, gut health, hormonal support, and injury recovery

  • Optional functional testing if needed (GI Map, DUTCH, HTMA etc.)
